There is no monitor arm (that I know of) which can support a triple monitor/tie fighter/ultrawide set up. The only solution I found is to get a dual monitor arm that can hopefully accommodate (1) 38" + (1)27" and another to hold the other 27". The reason I hate this set up is because of the asymmetry in the back.

I'd like to upgrade to a three monitor setup, but I've run into a few issues. 1) Finding the right center panel for the setup, it seems like 32" would be ideal but many 4k monitors don't have.

Display Fusion can help you there. maybe get wallpaper engine from steam and download some bubble theme where bubbles move and put it all monitors, should look pretty nice and it shouldn't look distorted since it is just bubbles. You could do that with a water theme also. Don't know if that would work but I hope so.
